Transition

Well I’ve been quiet all summer because I’ve been doing this:

Celebrating the hard won battle of defending my dissertation and finally finishing my Ph.D. I’m also preparing to move to the UK for a job. That means I’ll be handing over the reigns to my esteemed colleague. Drum roll please…

Greg Jones will be the new grad student rep. He contributed to the blog with two posts on coping with comps which I very much appreciated.

We will be working somewhat in tandem for the next semester but he’ll take over the blog immediately. Thanks for everything! I’ve had a great experience running this!
